Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
All products from this online store are shipped via the
United States Postal Service. Off Road Venture accepts no liability for items
lost or not delivered by this service. All orders received will be processed
for shipment the following business day.
Order Discrepancies
Please check your package to verify that you received the
products you ordered. We want to resolve any discrepancies that may have taken
place and must be notified of any order discrepancies within 10 days of the
date of delivery. Any notification of a discrepancy more than 10 days from the
date of delivery will not be considered.
Returns
Only printed media can be considered for return to Off Road
Venture. All electronically downloaded files are immediately excluded from any
type of return or exchange. Off Road Venture will not accept any printed
material which has been damaged or marred in any way such that it cannot be
sold as new.
If we ship the wrong product to you, we will be happy to
cover the cost of shipping the wrong product back to us along with covering the
cost of shipping the correct product to you.
You must obtain a return authorization number (RAN) from Off
Road Venture prior to returning any printed product to us. Any packages
received without an Off Road Venture issued RAN will not be accepted. Returns
received after 20 days of invoice date will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Under no circumstances will Off Road Venture accept a return after 30 days from
date of purchase.
Getting a RAN (Return Authorization Number)
Use the contact us form on this site to request a
Return Authorization Number.

All returns must include your original receipt along with
the Off Road Venture issued RAN. Please mail your return to us at:

Refund Terms
Off Road Venture only accepts credit and debit cards for
purchases. As such, all credits due to you will be applied to the credit or
debit card to which the original purchase was made.
